Release notes – v1.2

Highlight of features included in current release

  • Data editor – improved column headers and data precision
  • Data editor – fixed a number of bugs related to the tables’ validation process
  • Improved the search functionality
  • Improved several error messages displayed by the software
  • Assessment wizard – the statistics step retains previous selections when closing & reopening or rerunning the assessment
  • Product table – updated list of valid formulations, application methods and units of measurement
  • Product table – check-boxes in the ‘Consumer product’ column can be copied and pasted
  • Chemical table Cells of the column “Dietary Population” in the chemical table changed into drop-down menus
  • Activity page – quick links to successful assessments working.
  • Fixed several engine bugs affecting the run of the assessments; engine performances were also improved
  • Dietary model:
    • Fixed mismatch of subject IDs and exposure levels in the iterations following the first one leading to wrong values of the higher percentiles
    • Intermediate calculation output – added ‘Food Code’ and ‘Food Form code’ columns and capped the number of rows to 1 million
    • Food table – fixed all errors of the process that handles the statistical distributions
    • Dietary wizard – list of specific percentiles accepted
    • Fixed bugs affecting the rerun option of the wizard
  • Residential model:
    • Added two populations to the residential calculations: male adults and female adults
    • Fixed a number of bugs affecting the wizard
    • It is possible to run assessments with all post-application nodes deselected
    • Updated time-frame list in the wizard and in the chemical table with the following time-frames: short term, intermediate term, chronic/long term
    • Added missing parameters to several combinations of products and scenarios
    • Added correct calculation options in the Indoor environment – Post application trees for Space Sprays products
    • Fixed calculation of the handler and post-application dermal exposures of the Outdoor residential misting system
    • Fixed calculation of the body surface of the custom pet in the Treated pet scenario
    • Body-weight of Children 1-2 changed to 11 kg

Old Known issues in current release

  • Users must reset passwords from the login page, password reset on profile page is not working.
  • Validation process – if errors are corrected while filtered by the validation process, the system does not deactivate the error filters
  • Dietary model:
    • Error in the calculation of the MOEs in cumulative assessment
    • PDF report does not contain the logos
    • Error in the calculation of the contribution analysis for acute, multi-day and within-day assessments
  • Residential model:
    • Cumulative model not scheduled for this release; it is only possible to analyse a single chemical.
    • PDF report is not available
    • Handler trees – no branches related to the populations are included. It is not possible to distinguish the three adult populations. These populations must be analysed separately
    • Handler calculation – risk indexes not calculated for Female and Male Adults
    • Conversion factors wrongly applied to units of measurement ‘1-gal can’ and ’12-oz can’
    • Calculation of the post-application doses for Indoor environment – Space spray products not working
    • Errors in the calculations of the post-application doses for the Animal barn scenario
