It is possible to run an assessment from any folder of CARES NG® with the only exception of the CARES Data folder. This is a read-only folder which contains the databases that are required to run an exposure assessment; please refer to the section The Databases of this manual for more information.

Go into the folder where you want to store your assessment, click in the top right corner and then select Assessment in the dropdown menu.

You will be promptly presented with the first step of the assessment wizard. Please refer to How to run a dietary assessment and How to run a residential assessment pages for a step-by-step guide through the process of running an exposure assessment.
